Payment

No e-mail message shall be deemed to have been received by Boteti Safaris until a response has been issued by Boteti Safaris. An automated response shall not satisfy this requirement. Once a booking is in place then payment arrangements will be agreed.
Electronic fund transfers, International Bank Wires, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal or cash are all acceptable methods of payment. We will confirm payment details such as deposits and balance of payment when we accept a relevant booking from you.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 15 days notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Deposits within the 15 day window are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill our obligations.
Deposit Refund policy:
- More than 45 days prior to departure: Client forfeits 10%
- More than 35 days prior to departure: Client forfeits 20%
- More than 14 days prior to departure: Client forfeits 50%
- 14 days or fewer prior to departure: Client forfeits 100%
Notwithstanding the above we always try and help guests who have a real emergency. Any additional concessions will depend on lodges and other operators involved.
