Payment terms
- Quotations are valid for 7 days.
- A 50% deposit is required 90 days before arrival to confirm the booking
- A 20% deposit is optional within 7 days of quotation, to confirm booking
- The outstanding balance is due 7 days before arrival
Cancellation policy
- Less than 20 days in advance: No refund
- Between 21 – 40 days in advance: 50% refund
- Between 41 – 60 days in advance: 80% refund
- 60+ days in advance: Full refund
Check-in and Check-out
- Check in is from 14h00
- Check out is before 10h00
Please inform us if you will be checking in after 18h00.
